What's your turnaround time?

We normally ship or deliver orders that come in before 2 PM on the next business day. Large orders (more than a dozen pieces), can take another day. If you are in a jam and need a job shipped same day, let us know. We can usually ship files received by noon our time.

 

How good is your output?

We use state of the art wide format inkjet equipment, and the results are stunning! You'll have smooth blends, sharp text, accurate skin tones, and vibrant spot colors.

 

Don't I need to see a proof?

If it makes you more comfortable, we'll send you a low resolution PDF or PNG color proof. When we are doing a large number of pieces, we'll do one for approval before we do the rest, but it's usually not worth it for single pieces.

 

How should I send you a file?

Click on the icon in the top right to enter your order or email orders to: prepress@palmettodigitalprinting.com if the files are less than 10Mb.

 

Do you save my files?

All files we print are archived for 5 years onto digital media. If you want the same piece reprinted in the future, it's easily done! Again, this is where it helps to have the native file(s), because it's easy to change a few words when you want to update the art.

 

Can I send individual files?

Please do not send individual files unless it is a properly saved PDF file.  Include all your files, fonts, images and graphics in a single compressed file.  such as ZIP or SIT.

 

How do I know my file has been received?

An auto responding message will be in your email when a file had successfully uploaded. But it is best to call us to confirm that it indeed came through successfully and can be opened without error messages.
